Terms & Conditions

General contracting conditions and use of Locker Town lockers.

1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

These general conditions regulate the contracting of Locker Town lockers (owned by the entity Vip Lockers S.L.) through the website www.locker-town.com as well as its use. The relationship is contractual between Vip Lockers S.L. and the User who contracts the service.

2. THE SERVICE

Locker Town offers its Users the possibility of renting any of its lockers for periods of calendar days within the hours offered by Locker Town.

3. BOOKING AND ACCESS

Once the contracting process is finished, Users will receive a booking confirmation code, which will allow them to know the assigned locker number, the duration of the contracted booking, as well as the code or key to access the locker and the premises.

4. DURATION AND ACCESS TIMES

The locker rental service will be accessible to the User 24 hours a day, any day of the week. Therefore, any User who rents a locker for a duration of one day will be able to access it from 06:00h on the start date of the reservation and must remove their belongings before 05:59h on the following day.

5. ABANDONMENT OF BELONGINGS

Once the contracted period has elapsed, if the belongings have not been removed, they will be presumed abandoned for all purposes. Locker Town assumes no responsibility for them and has the freedom to dispose of them, without the customer having any right to claim against Locker Town. Locker Town reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 150€ for management of abandoned items.

6. PRICES

The price per locker will be as indicated on the Website at the time of contracting. Prices include VAT and refer to the rental of one locker (depending on its size) per calendar day.

7. INCIDENTS & SUPPORT

In case of breakdown, blockage, or any other type of incident in the use of the locker, the User will have Locker Town assistance service available. You can contact us via WhatsApp at +34 685 432 214 or by email at info@locker-town.com.

If the User has an accident or error opening the locker, they must communicate it immediately. Locker Town promises to resolve cases immediately. Users are responsible for arriving on time to recover their belongings.

8. CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION

To modify or cancel your reservation, you must contact our customer service. You have the right to cancel your reservation with 24 hours notice before the day of your reservation for a refund of the total amount.

Once the 24-hour deadline before your reservation day has passed, no refund will be made. The refund, if applicable, will be made within a maximum period of 10 days from the moment of cancellation.

9. MAINTENANCE

Locker Town reserves the right to suspend access to the Website immediately, as necessary to carry out maintenance work, for the time necessary to ensure that the interruption is of minimum duration.
